Important Rate Update (7/27/26):

We've updated our pricing structure to better reflect actual production, labor, equipment, and service costs while simplifying many of our workflows. As a result, some products and services have become more cost-efficient, while others may see pricing adjustments based on turnaround time, labor requirements, and production complexity.

Projects requiring completion in less than two business days, and in some cases less than two business days after proof approval, may see a significant cost increase compared to Standard production timelines. Rush projects require schedule adjustments, production prioritization, and dedicated resources that are now more accurately reflected in pricing.

Customers may also notice updated pricing for services such as finishing, binding, mailing, assembly, and installation. Whenever possible, choosing Standard production timelines will provide the best overall value.

If you have questions about pricing or are concerned about project costs, we encourage you to request an estimate before ordering. Our team is happy to discuss options and help identify the most cost-effective solution for your project.

Pricing FAQ

Many of these products must follow appropriate university approval procedures, prior to production.

If ISU Brand elements are used they will require Trademark approval. See Internal Trademark Use for more information.
If installed or visible on university property, it must be approved by the University Architect and University Marketing Director. See Banner / Signage Authorization Process for more information.

To help ensure an efficient process, please plan ahead when placing your order. Trademark approval typically takes 1-2 business days. If a University Marketing review is also required, extra time may be needed to make any requested edits. Once all approvals are complete, Printing Services generally needs an additional 2-5 business days to produce your order.
